It can accommodate up to 4 people with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed; upon request, a single bed can also be set up in the rooms.

Note: Bills are not included in the monthly rent and need to be paid separately. Condominium fees and Wifi are fixed and equal to 100 Euros monthly. Mandatory monthly cleaning is 40 Euros. Other bills are to be paid on consumption.
